1. Request Deletion
- Open Settings in the game and tap your Support ID (e.g.
K7QX-4M2P-R9TW) to copy it. - Send an email to support@wittypuzzles.com with the subject “Data deletion – Twisted Pipes” and include your Support ID. If you sent us feedback from within the game, please also include the email address you entered there.
We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email. We do not need any other personal information from you.
2. Data We Delete
- Analytics data (Firebase Analytics) linked to your Support ID
- Feedback messages you sent from within the game, including the email address you entered
We keep no copy of the deleted data. Your request email is deleted once the deletion has been confirmed.
3. Data You Can Delete Yourself
- Game progress is stored on your device and synced through Google Play Games (Android) or iCloud (iOS). In the game’s settings, tap Reset game progress to delete it on this device, in the cloud and on your other devices. Achievements and leaderboard scores are kept.
- Google Play Games (Android): achievements and leaderboard scores belong to your Google account. Open the Play Games app or the Google Play Games settings and choose to delete your Play Games data for Twisted Pipes.
- Game Center (iOS): achievements and leaderboard scores belong to your Apple account and are managed by Apple.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Analytics: in the game’s settings you can turn analytics off or tap Reset Analytics Data. A reset also creates a new Support ID, so new data is no longer linked to the old one.
4. Automatic Deletion
Even without a request, analytics data is automatically deleted after 60 days.
